 Insurance and Delivery

YASMIN RAQUEL insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes or requested alternative delivery (for example as a gift, to reception or to a PO Box) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by YASMIN RAQUEL and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Tracking your order

To follow up on a delivery simply e-mail us at yasmin@yasminraquel.com.au and we will notify you of you shipment number. You can then check the status of your shipment by visiting our shipping partner’s website and entering this information.

Our shipping partner is Australia Post eDeliver; there website is http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/

Simply type in your unique order and shipment numbers which we emailed to you and you can track your shipment.

For late deliveries

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.

Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

International Shipping

Countries outside Australia have the option to choose between two shipping methods

  1. Standard Air Mail

Postal charges for standard air freight will be AUD$35.00. The estimated time of delivery is approximately 5 – 14 working days. Please be advised that this service does not require a signature on delivery. No extra cover is available. Delivery confirmation is available.

 

  1. Express Courier International Service

Postal charges for Express Courier International Service is AUD $48.00. The estimated time of delivery is approximately 2 – 7 working days. You will be able to track your parcel at www.auspost.com.au/track. A signature is required on delivery of the parcel. Delivery confirmation is available.

On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
